Emily Tombs Shaw is an experienced marketing and strategic support professional with a strong background in customer engagement and growth initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Support for Retail Customer at Scotiabank since February 2020, Emily has held several leadership roles within the organization. Prior to Scotiabank, Emily accumulated over nine years of experience at President's Choice Financial, overseeing marketing strategies and customer communications, as well as product development and business strategy. Earlier career experiences include a marketing specialist role at TELUS, where Emily led the launch of significant campaigns, including the Apple iPhone. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Political Science from Queen's University and a Culinary Arts Diploma from George Brown College.
