Raymond Clifford

Raymond Clifford is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Banking & Capital Markets and US Chief Audit Executive at Scotiabank since January 2018, Raymond previously held the position of Managing Director at Goldman Sachs from July 2004 to October 2017, where responsibilities included heading Internal Audit for Securities Americas and overseeing Global Head of Internal Audit for Product Control. Prior to this, Raymond worked as Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank from 2000 to 2004, specializing as a Credit Derivative & Risk Finance Controller. Raymond is an alumnus of the University of South Wales.
