Heather Gould, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Scott County since September 2015, Heather functions as a subject matter expert on compensation, recruitment, and employee wellness, while providing leadership and guidance on HR-related matters. Previously, Heather worked as a Human Resources Technician for the City of Plymouth from July 2012 to January 2015, where responsibilities included managing the full-cycle recruitment process and implementing a new hiring management system. Heather's career in HR began with the US Army, where, as a Human Resources Sergeant from September 2003 to July 2013, responsibilities encompassed managing payroll, benefits, and personnel actions. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, both obtained from Concordia University-St. Paul.
