Mark Dietrich

Mark Dietrich's most recent work experience is as the Vice President of Retail Operations at Scott Credit Union, starting in October 2022. In this role, they are responsible for directing and coordinating programs, projects, and activities for all branch network initiatives. Mark drives retail operations strategy and executes strategic initiatives to enhance member engagement, productivity, and efficiency.

Before their role at United Community Credit Union, Mark worked as a Senior Vice President at the same company from May 2008 to December 2013. Additionally, they had experience as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Broadcast Electronics from May 2004 to May 2008.

Further back in their work history, Mark worked as an Investment Representative at Associated Bank from September 2002 to February 2004. Mark conducted financial needs analysis and developed financial plans for clients to achieve their goals. Mark also had experience as a Commodity Broker at D&S Commodities from May 2000 to September 2002, where they performed daily analysis of commodity markets and implemented hedging and marketing programs for agricultural producers.

Mark's earliest work experience was in the US Army, where they served as a Sergeant from June 1996 to May 2000.

Mark Dietrich obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Western Illinois University, where they attended from 2002 to 2004. Mark then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration at Quincy University, from 2005 to 2007.
