Carol Horne

Carol Horne is an experienced project manager and senior leader in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Scott-Long Construction, Inc. since August 2022, after progressing from a Project Manager role within the same company from May 2017 to October 2022. Prior to this, Carol owned Shallow Creek Electrical Services, LLC from April 2005 to October 2022 and held the position of Senior Managing Partner at The McCoy Companies, LLC from June 2015 to April 2017, a Virginia SWaM Certified Micro business specializing in supplying goods to state buyers through eVA. Carol's earlier experience includes working as an Office Manager at Everly Electric, LLC from 2001 to 2003 and as a Project Manager at C3, Inc. from 1983 to 1985. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1978 and 1983.
