David Uffelman

David Uffelman is an experienced construction industry executive currently serving as President of Scott-Long Construction, Inc since February 2023. Prior to this role, Uffelman held the position of Vice President of Operations at Forrester Construction from April 2017 to March 2023. Uffelman also served as President and Vice President of Operations at Foulger Pratt Contracting, LLC from October 2007 to October 2016. Earlier in the career, Uffelman was a Senior Project Manager at Manhattan Construction Company, where management of significant projects included the US Capitol Visitor Center in Washington, DC. Uffelman began the professional journey as a Project Engineer and Project Manager with Tompkins Builders and Tiber Construction from May 1987 to October 1996.
