Francisco J. Ortega

Francisco J. Ortega is an accomplished attorney and partner at ScottHulse, P.C., with extensive legal experience since September 2009. Previously, Francisco served as a law clerk for The Honorable Philip R. Martinez at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas from August 2008 to August 2009, and for The Honorable David M. Medina at the Texas Supreme Court from August 2007 to July 2008. Francisco holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, attained in 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas-El Paso, completed in 2003.
