Theresa Davidson

Theresa Davidson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Team Leader for Customer Contact and Research at Scottish Enterprise since May 2022. Prior to this role, Theresa held various positions at NatWest Group from November 2014 to May 2022, including HR Advisory Operations Manager. Theresa's career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where from July 2000 to November 2014, multiple roles were undertaken, such as HR Continuous Improvement Manager and HR Team Leader, among others. Theresa holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Business Law from the University of Stirling, obtained in May 2000.
