Matt Simpson is a seasoned professional in the field of acoustics and offshore wind management. Currently serving as Senior Installation Manager for Offshore Wind at ScottishPower since September 2021, Matt has previously excelled as a Senior Acoustic Consultant at Subacoustech Environmental Ltd and as a Senior Underwater Acoustic Consultant at Baker Consultants Ltd and Baker Consultants Marine Ltd. With extensive experience as the Owner and Principal Consultant at Saith Acoustic Solutions, Matt has a strong background in noise and vibration consultancy for the building, industrial, and environmental sectors, particularly focusing on pipeline noise and vibration measurement and control. Matt's educational background includes a Post Graduate Researcher role in Underwater Acoustics and Ultrasonics, as well as a BSc in Acoustics with Oceanography from ISVR.
