Graham Jones

Training Manager at Scottish Prison Service

Graham Jones is an experienced training manager with a background in leadership and staff development at the Scottish Prison Service since March 2015. Prior to this role, Graham worked as a self-employed L&D consultant and associate trainer, designing and delivering training solutions for IHF Ltd Edinburgh and Benchmark Ltd from September 2013 to March 2015. Graham's career began in the Royal Air Force, where from September 1992 to September 2013, Graham served as a military helicopter and fixed-wing pilot, also taking on the role of instructor. Additionally, Graham was a helicopter instructor and training officer at the Defence Helicopter Flying School from June 2002 to November 2005. Graham holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds, obtained between 1989 and 1992, and attended King Henry VIII School in Coventry from 1982 to 1989.
