Richard Watt

Richard Watt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within various industries. Currently serving as the National Operations Director at Cleaner Group since September 2024, Richard has previously held multiple roles at The Scottish Salmon Company from May 2016, including Senior Engineering Coordinator and Project Manager, overseeing projects across Marine, Freshwater, and Processing departments. Prior to that, Richard worked as the Northern Site Manager at Osprey Charging Network from July 2022 to September 2024 and as a Project Manager at Horizon Renewable Energy Ltd from March 2015 to May 2016. Richard started in the industry as a Service and Repair Engineer, gaining hands-on experience with Biomass boilers and Air Source Heat Pumps. Richard's educational background includes Standard Grades from Dalkeith High School.
