Maria started their career at JLT Employee Benefits, where they spent four years as the Head of DC Investment Consulting. In this role, they were responsible for developing JLT's DC proposition and advising a diverse portfolio of clients. Maria also acted as JLT's media spokesperson on DC matters, spoke at various industry events, and judged professional awards.
In 2015, Maria joined Mercer as a Principal and Market Engagement Leader for DC & Individual Wealth. In this role, they were responsible for leading, formulating and executing a market engagement strategy with the goal to increase Mercer's market share in DC consulting, financial planning and master trust areas. Maria also advised a portfolio of large DC investment clients.
