Randy Kutz

Randy Kutz, CPLP, is an experienced professional in negotiation and soft skills training, currently serving as a Senior Negotiation Consultant at Scotwork North America since December 2018. Kutz is the founder and National Soft Skills Trainer at Soft Skills Training 360 and previously founded Negotiation Training 360, where Kutz authored "The Negotiation Table: Everyone’s Guide to Everyday Negotiations." Kutz has held significant roles including Vice President of Operations at Negotiation Expertise, LLC, and Chief of Staff to a senior member of the U.S. House of Representatives. With a background in marketing and business development, Kutz has also co-owned a residential real estate company and worked in product marketing at Stanley Supply & Services. Kutz holds an MBA in e-Business from the University of Phoenix and has completed esteemed programs in Executive Leadership and Multiparty Negotiations from Harvard University and the United States Institute of Peace, respectively.
