Brianna Lyness

Brianna Lyness is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Analyst in Total Rewards at Scoular since September 2023. With extensive experience in compensation and benefits, Brianna previously held the position of Senior Compensation Advisor at Scooter's Coffee, where responsibilities included total rewards analysis and cross-functional collaboration to establish pay structures. Prior experience features roles such as Compensation Analyst at Boys Town and Senior Analyst in Compensation at TD Ameritrade, in addition to over a decade of experience in compensation and benefits at Farm Credit Services of America. Brianna began a career in HR with positions at Borsheims, Mutual of Omaha, Werner Enterprises, and Physicians Mutual.
