Kristen Mikelson

Kristen Mikelson has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Kristen started their career as a Visual Merchandising Intern at Dolfin Swimwear in 2017. Kristen then worked as a Buying Intern at GK Elite in the same year. In 2018, Kristen served as an Editorial Assistant at Dallas Shaw LLC. Kristen later joined Scout & Molly's in 2019, where they held various roles. Kristen began as an Assistant Buyer, responsible for building positive vendor relationships and analyzing OTB strategies. Kristen then became an Ecommerce Marketing Manager, where they successfully executed promotional marketing campaigns and kept up with current fashion trends. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Operations, overseeing training, data management, inventory, and accounts payable.

Kristen Mikelson attended the University of Delaware from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising.
