Daniel Herold

Daniel Herold has a diverse range of work experience. Daniel started their career as an intern and degree candidate at IAV GmbH in 2007. Daniel then worked as a Development Engineer at IAV GmbH from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Technical Product Owner and Research Fellow at TU Chemnitz and IAV GmbH. Daniel then joined Heitec AG as a Project Lead and Project Lead Engineer from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they worked at eg factory GmbH as a Scrum Master and Software Developer. Daniel later became the Deputy Head of Development, Test Team lead, and Scrum Master at eg factory GmbH from 2017 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Head of Development at Extra Energy Holding (Cyprus) Ltd. More recently, they have been a part of Scout24 Gruppe, where they held various roles, including Engineering Manager and Head of Technology. Daniel is currently working as the Director of Technology, Core Platform/Builders Platform at Scout24 Gruppe.

Daniel Herold obtained a Diplom-Informatiker degree in Angewandte Informatik from Technische Universität Chemnitz, where they studied from 2001 until 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Agile Leadership and ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance, in February 2019 and July 2019 respectively.
