Thomas Schroeter

Dr. Thomas Schroeter (Born 1978, Nationality: German/Swedish) has been Chief Product Officer of the Scout24 Group since December 2018 and is thus responsible for the entire product development and marketing. He joined ImmobilienScout24 in March 2017 as a proven digital expert and has headed the company since February 2018 in dual leadership with Ralf Weitz. The business graduate has many years of experience in the digital economy, both in the corporate and start-up environment. Previously, Thomas Schroeter was Chief Operating Officer Germany for eBay, the world's largest online marketplace, and Managing Director of ViA-Online GmbH. He was also co-founder and managing director of the language portal bab.la, which was successfully sold to Oxford University Press in 2015. During his career, he also worked at the Swiss bank Clariden Leu AG and the Boston Consulting Group in Munich.
