Joel Desrosiers

Joel Desrosiers is an experienced environmental services professional with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Environmental Science from Trent University. As the Environmental Services Technical Lead at the City of Stratford since March 2009, Joel has held multiple roles including Water Resource Technician, Compliance Coordinator, and Water Operator, focusing on well monitoring and chemical analysis. Prior experience includes work as a Water Treatment Plant Operator for the Town of Perth, where routine testing and chemical process optimization were key responsibilities, and as a Laboratory Technician at Accutest Laboratories Ltd., analyzing various environmental parameters. In addition, Joel has served as a Youth Camp Administrator for Scouts Canada since November 1998, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills in managing one of Canada's largest annual Venture Scout camps.
