Connor Belcher

Connor Belcher began their career in 2016 as a Sales Associate at Sur La Table, where they interacted with up to 50 customers daily, sharing product knowledge and personal advice to maintain top sales figures. Connor managed complaints and customer discrepancies, and broke the merchandise sales record 4 times. In 2018, Connor became a Sales Intern at ADP, where they worked under Sales Executives and Small Business Consultants. Connor helped business owners minimize the burden of managing payroll tax, garnishments processing, and unemployment claims by finding the best HR, compliance, and payroll solutions. In 2019, Connor joined Scratch Financial as a New Markets - Outside Sales Associate and later as a Partnerships - Sales Associate. As a Partnerships Intern, they managed a few of the designated acquisition channels while completing a variety of OKRs for the growing team. Connor gained outbound and closing experience with a mix of short and long sales cycles, and worked closely with the Product and Marketing teams to bring new CRM and lead generation initiatives to market.

Connor Belcher attended La Cañada High School from 2012 to 2016. Connor then went on to the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government in 2019.
