Jeff Williams began their work experience in 1988 as a District Sales and Operations Manager for RSC Equipment Rental and stayed in this role until 2004. Following this, they worked as a General Manager for Linder Industrial Machinery Company in 2004 and then as a General Manager for Briggs Construction Equipment from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they became the Vice-President/General Manager of Operations for Carolina Site Concepts and later transitioned to the role of Vice-President/General Manager for Stafford from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, they became the Division Sales and Accounts Manager for Volvo Rents for a year. In 2013, they worked as the Vice-President/Partner for Market Share Solutions until 2014 when they became the Director of National Sales East (Dealer & Business Development) for Screen Machine Industries, where they currently work.
Jeff Williams completed their high school education at John T. Hoggard High School from 1976 to 1979, where they pursued an Advanced Curriculum in Organizational Leadership. Later, from 1979 to 1983, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History & Political Science. Additionally, Jeff has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Cold Email Prospecting and Personalized Sales: How Real Connections Can Produce Powerful Results in July 2022, as well as Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary) in March 2022.
