Greg Frederick

Greg Frederick has worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Screencast-O-Matic since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist at AV Capture All from February 2019 to October 2022. Greg was a Consultant at Emerald Future Solutions from September 2017 to February 2019. Before that, they worked as a Test and Compliance Engineer at inMusic Brands from August 2016 to September 2017. Greg also has experience at Rane Corporation, where they held various roles including Test and Compliance Engineer, Engineering Test Technician, Test Technician, and Assembly Specialist from October 2006 to July 2016. Greg worked as a Test Technician at AudioControl from August 2005 to October 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Server at The Edgecliff from May 2002 to July 2005. Greg's earliest work experience was as a Sound Technician and Stagehand at Village Theatre at the Everett Performing Arts Center from November 2001 to July 2005.

Greg Frederick attended ITT Technical Institute-Everett from 2003 to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer and Electronics Technology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at South Whidbey High School. In terms of certifications, Greg obtained the "Principles of Audio" certification from SynAudCon in August 2014, the "Professional Tester Boot Camp" certification from Construx Software in September 2009, and the "AHA Heartsaver CPR AED" certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in November 2015.
