Viktor Kartashov

Viktor Kartashov began their work experience as a Software Developer at JSC Ancort in September 2011 and worked there until July 2012. Viktor then joined Echelon Technologies as a Software Developer in August 2012 and was promoted to the role of Senior Software Developer in June 2014. Viktor continued working at Echelon Technologies until October 2019. In October 2019, Viktor joined QRate. Quantum Communications as a Senior Software Developer and worked there until May 2023. Currently, they are working as a Software Developer at Scribe - E2E Software Supply Chain Security, starting in June 2023.

Viktor Kartashov attended Bauman Moscow State Technical University from 2008 to 2014, where they studied Information Security, Computer Science, and Mathematics. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Building secure software according to the GOST R 56939-2016 standard" from Echelon Technologies in August 2019, "Cryptography I" from Coursera in March 2015, "Securing network infrastructure using S-Terra modules for CISCO" from Echelon Technologies in 2015, and "Software maintenance & network security" from Yandex in October 2013.
