Carmen Brown

Carmen Brown is currently serving as the Assistant Dean and Director for Campus Life/Student Affairs at Scripps College since September 2021. Prior to this, Carmen worked at Pomona College from February 2011 to September 2021 in Student Affairs/Residential Life. With a background in Academic Affairs at the University of California, Riverside, Carmen has extensive experience in office management, student support, and counseling. Carmen holds a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Pacific Oaks College, along with certifications in Catalyst Coaching. Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of California Riverside, Carmen also holds an Associate's Degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Citrus College.
