Andrew Arnold is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in infrastructure services and customer support. Currently serving as Director of Infrastructure Services and Director of Customer Service at ScriptPro since February 2002, Andrew oversees the strategic planning and execution of operations for over 220 employees, encompassing contact center management, client support, systems and network administration, and field services. Prior to ScriptPro, Andrew held roles such as Director of Customer Technical Support and Manager of Tier II Technical Support at eScout & Private Contractor, and served as Business Analyst - IT/Ecommerce Specialist. Earlier in Andrew's career, significant contributions were made as Manager of Operations at Netsales, leading a Client Operations division and managing a diverse team of 34 employees across various functions.
