Ron Richards

Ron Richards has a diverse work experience in the field of technology integration and interface engineering. Ron started their career as a Seebeyond Middleware Specialist at Sprint in 1999, where they performed analysis, design, and testing of DTD canonical formats. Ron then joined Quest Diagnostics in 2004 as an Implementation Manager/Developer, where they implemented a code turnover process and developed Java interfaces for sending test results.

In 2004, Ron joined Midwest Consulting Group as an Integration Specialist, where they maintained the e*Gate environment and implemented various enhancements and support for back-end systems. Ron also designed and implemented large-scale integrations using Java technologies, saving clients significant costs.

From 2011 to 2018, Ron worked at Leidos as a System Integration Specialist and later as a Senior Consultant. Ron was involved in interface development for the Epic Conversion project and converted eGate interfaces to Mirth-Connect Engine. Ron also provided support during project meetings with vendors and developed new documentation for interfaces.

Ron then joined North Kansas City Hospital in 2018 as a Sr. Integration and worked there until 2021. In this role, they were responsible for integration and interface development.

Most recently, Ron joined TriCom Technical Services in 2021 and worked as an Interface Engineer until 2022. Ron then transitioned to ScriptPro as an Interface Engineer.

Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated expertise in interface development, technology integration, and system support.

Ron Richards obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management with a focus on Computer Science and Telecommunications from DeVry Institute of Technology. Ron attended the institute from 1993 to 2001. Prior to that, they studied at Indiana State University from 1978 to 1986, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.

In terms of additional certifications, Ron Richards obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation certification in February 2020 from North Kansas City Hospital.
