Keith Wilson

Keith Wilson is an experienced consultant specializing in Strategic HR and Organizational Health, currently serving at ScrogginsGrear since November 2016. Wilson's expertise includes leading strategic planning teams and developing HR initiatives, building empowering cultures, and promoting strategic execution in various organizations. As the founder of Inceptus LLC, Wilson focused on organizational culture and coaching following a successful 13-year consulting career. Previous roles include Director of Discipleship at Center Pointe Christian Church, where Wilson managed major strategic shifts and community service initiatives, and various ministerial positions, including oversight of small group ministry and volunteer engagement.
