Kai H. Simons

Kai H. Simons has a strong background in agile coaching and entrepreneurship. Kai H. is the CEO and Founder of Agile Growth Academy GmbH, a company focused on inspiring and supporting individuals looking to grow in the Agile and New Work world. Kai H. is also the host of the Agile Growth Podcast and the #AgileGrowthCast, providing a platform for dialogue and inspiration.

In addition to their work at Agile Growth Academy, Kai is an official member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, a global non-profit organization that aims to engage and support leading entrepreneurs. Kai H. has also served as a forum moderator for the organization.

Kai H. also served as an assistant lecturer at Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
