Surabhi Tyagi

Surabhi Tyagi has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and quality assurance. Surabhi started their career as a Software Engineer at Birlasoft in 2012, where they gained expertise in manual testing, reporting testing, and database testing in the finance domain. Surabhi then joined Algoworks in 2015 as a Sr Quality Analyst, working on web application testing, mobile testing, and projects from various domains. In 2016, Surabhi joined Fiserv as a Senior Test Engineer, focusing on software testing. Surabhi worked at Magic Software Inc. as a Quality Assurance Lead from 2020 to 2021, before transitioning into the role of a Scrum Master. Currently, Surabhi is working at Accenture as a Scrum Master, starting in September 2021.

Surabhi Tyagi attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2004 to 2006, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Science. From 2007 to 2011, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science Engineering at Gautam Buddha University. In terms of additional certifications, Surabhi obtained the SAFe® 4 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2017. In March 2020, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. In August 2020, Surabhi obtained certifications in Accessibility Fundamentals from Microsoft and Accessibility Advocate from IBM. Surabhi also completed a course on WCAG 2.1 & 2.2 from Udemy in May 2020. Most recently, in March 2023, they completed the Agile for Product Managers certification at Accenture.
