Kazuhiro Niwaya

Kazuhiro Niwaya is an experienced HR ScrumMaster currently working at Scrum Inc. Japan since February 2021. Prior to this role, Kazuhiro served as a Scrum Master and Human Resources Director at Cybozu, Inc. from April 2013 to February 2021, gaining extensive experience in agile methodologies and human resources management. Kazuhiro holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical and Aerospace Systems from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, completed between 2006 and 2011.
