Francesca Gandolfi

Francesca Gandolfi is an accomplished HR Director with extensive experience in strategic human resources management and organizational support across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Director at SCS Azioninnova SpA since April 2011, Francesca oversees the implementation of HR processes, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development initiatives, including the "SCS challenge" program and collaborations with the University of Bologna. Previously, Francesca held senior HR roles at YOOX SpA and Tetra Pak, where significant achievements included the startup of new subsidiaries and the development of comprehensive HR processes across multiple regions.
