James Ritchie

James Ritchie, P.G., QSD, currently serves as Project Director and Vice President at SCS Engineers®, where responsibilities include expanding services and client base for the Environmental Services Southwest Group since September 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Geologist and Business Development Leader for Source Group Inc., where James successfully established a new office in the San Francisco Peninsula. Earlier roles include Principal Geologist and Business Development Leader at LFR/Arcadis, where focus areas included Brownfields and impaired property redevelopment, and Principal Geologist at SECOR. James Ritchie began career as Project Manager at RPI Consultants. Academically, degrees include an M.S. in Petroleum Geology and Fluid Hydrodynamics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's in Geology from UC Santa Barbara.
