Mark Hammers

Mark Hammers is an experienced Project Manager at SCS Engineers, specializing in environmental permitting for a Greenfield manufacturing plant in South Carolina since January 2019. Prior to this role, Mark served as an Air Permit Engineer at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources from October 2014 to January 2019, where responsibilities included conducting technical reviews of industrial processes and developing air quality emission limits. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics with a minor in Astrophysics from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2009 and 2014.
