Dave Crossley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dave started their career as a Marketing Communications Executive at The Mersey Partnership, where they played a key role in planning and implementing major investment marketing campaigns. Dave then worked at Powergen, where they held roles such as Internal Communications Executive and Business Transformation Manager, managing various online initiatives and projects.

Dave later joined E.ON, where they took on multiple roles, including New Media Manager, Application Development Team Leader, and Solutions Consultant. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and delivering strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing the production of custom applications and websites.

During their time at E.ON, Dave also participated in the :agile accelerator program and worked as a Project CEO for a start-up business idea. Dave subsequently founded their own web development business called Friday 5PM.

Dave continued their career at Falmouth University, where they were part of the Launchpad Programme, a business start-up incubator program. Here, they developed innovative propositions in the video games and esports industries.

After their time at Falmouth University, Dave joined Unlocking Potential as a Digital Innovator, working on a Digital Transformation program to support SMEs in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Currently, Dave is employed as a Digital Transformation Consultant at SCSK Europe Ltd., where they assist in driving digital transformation initiatives.

Dave Crossley attended Falmouth University from 2019 to 2020, where they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Leeds from 1990 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management Studies.
