Jelmer Dijkstra is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as RvC member at Rabobank Assen - Noord Drenthe and Vice President of Operations at GKN Fokker, Jelmer's recent roles also include CEO of TenCate Outdoor Fabrics and Managing Director of Brink Climate Systems. With significant involvement in governance as a board member at SCSOG Stichting Christelijk Speciaal Onderwijs Groningen and Stichting Pensioenfonds Fresenius Nederland, Jelmer has demonstrated a commitment to organizational development and employee welfare. Jelmer holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Delft University of Technology and completed the Leadership Excellence Program at INSEAD in 2018.
