Andrew Cohen has a strong background in real estate asset management. Andrew began their career as an Associate at Fried Frank from 1993 to 1997. Andrew then joined Tishman Speyer, where they held various roles such as Head of New York Asset Management and Managing Director of Portfolio Management and Corporate Finance. Cohen joined Deutsche Bank in 2011 as a Director in the Commercial Real Estate - Special Situations Group. Since 2014, they have been working as the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Asset Management at Sculptor Capital Management. Their responsibilities included developing portfolio and asset strategies for various types of real estate investments.
Andrew Cohen completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSM) from the Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business between 1984 and 1988. Andrew then pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) from the Cardozo School of Law, studying from 1989 to 1991.
