Nicholas Davis

Nicholas Davis is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer and Compliance Counsel at Sculptor Capital Management since August 2017. In this role, Nicholas oversees compliance across various areas including credit, distressed credit, equity, private equity, structured credit, and real estate. Prior to this, Nicholas held positions at Point72 as Associate Director, Citi as Senior Counsel supporting the Global Research Product, and Barclays Investment Bank as Assistant Vice President managing control room duties. Nicholas began a career in law as a Law Clerk at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Academic credentials include an LL.M. in Financial Services Law and a JD from New York Law School, a Master of Arts in International Relations from Seton Hall University, and a BA in Political Science from Union College.
