Rafael Pulido

Rafael Pulido has a background in water treatment and utility operations, with extensive experience working at the Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency, City of Lathrop, and Delicato Family Vineyards. Rafael currently holds the title of Operations & Maintenance Superintendent at SCV Water and has a degree in Political Science/ Public Administration from California State University, Stanislaus.
