Gwen Cumming

Gwen Cumming is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations at SD Worx since November 2019. Prior to this role, Gwen held the position of Head of Site at Konecta UK from June 2018 to July 2019, where hands-on leadership was provided to a contact centre team, focusing on achieving contract deliverables and enhancing client satisfaction. During a nearly decade-long tenure at Teleperformance from April 2009 to February 2018, Gwen served as Contact Centre Manager, Operations Director, and Business Manager, mentoring a large team and streamlining complex operations to meet revenue and profit targets. Earlier career experience includes various leadership roles at beCogent Ltd from February 2004 to April 2009.
