Pieter-Jan Boden

Pieter-Jan Boden has extensive work experience in the field of HR systems and compensation. Pieter-Jan currently holds the position of People Director - Reward & HR Systems at SD Worx, where they have been working since January 2023. Previously, they worked as an HR Manager - Reward, Analytics & Systems at the same company from January 2021 to December 2022.

Prior to joining SD Worx, Pieter-Jan Boden worked at Deloitte Belgium for a significant part of their career. Pieter-Jan held various roles in the Global Mobility Compensation Services division, starting as a Consultant in September 2011 and progressing to the position of Senior Consultant in September 2014. Pieter-Jan then became an Assistant Manager in September 2016 and later a Manager in September 2018. In September 2020, they were promoted to the role of Senior Manager, specializing in Global Mobility, International Compensation, and Technology Advisory. Pieter-Jan worked at Deloitte Belgium until January 2021.

Pieter-Jan Boden completed their education with a Master's degree in Finance from Ghent University, specializing in Applied Economics - Finance. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including certifications in SAP Product Knowledge and the AssignmentPro Super User Level 1 certification.
