Tom Beeckmans

Tom Beeckmans has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Tom is currently working at SD Worx as the Group VP Portfolio Management, where they are responsible for driving value creation and growth through innovation across 26 countries in Europe. Tom'srole includes overseeing group strategy, product and portfolio strategy, revenue planning, investment strategy, and strategic business planning.

Prior to this, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Passwerk, starting in 2019.

Between 2015 and 2022, Tom Beeckmans worked at Wolters Kluwer, where they held the positions of Director of Product Management and Director of Technology.

From 2003 to 2015, they had multiple roles at SD Worx, including Head of Product Management, Business Unit Manager Portfolio Management, and Senior Consultant & Project Manager HCM.

Before joining SD Worx, Tom Beeckmans worked as a Software Engineer at ZENO/SD Worx from 2001 to 2003.

Tom also briefly worked at Solvay as the Global Head of Strategic Portfolio Management and Value Creation in 2022.

Tom Beeckmans completed a Professional Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Sciences at Artesis University College Antwerp in 2001. In the years following, they pursued various short-term programs at different business schools, including Vlerick Business School, Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, MIT Sloan School of Management, Antwerp Management School, and TIAS School for Business and Society. These programs covered a range of topics such as Strategic Marketing, Financial Management, Business Marketing Strategy, Driving Strategic Innovation, and General Management Skills. Most recently, in 2018, Tom completed a program in Design Thinking at IESE Business School.
