Kevin Johnson

Kevin Johnson's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as an Electrical and Controls Engineering Intern at Campbell Soup Company. In this role, they piloted and implemented a process for updating security software and presented to business managers on server operations.

From 2016 to 2018, Kevin worked as a Resident Assistant at Rowan University. Kevin was elected to serve on the RA Advisory board and appointed to direct the Social Justice Learning Community. Kevin also received the RA of the year award.

In 2017, Kevin worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Physics & Astronomy at Rowan University. Kevin co-authored an internal paper on Carbide-Derived Carbon thin film production and presented the results at a STEM symposium.

From 2018 to 2022, Kevin worked as a Physics Teacher at The Academy of St. Elizabeth. Kevin taught various science courses and drafted an original Physics curriculum for Honors and CP Physics. Kevin also taught engineering and programming skills.

In 2021, Kevin started working as a Physics Teacher at Science Park High School. Kevin taught Physics and AP Computer Science Principles, created lesson plans, and analyzed assessment data to optimize teaching methods.

In 2022, Kevin also worked as an Instructor at Rutgers University, teaching Precalculus for the Engineers of the Future program and conducting recitations to further students' education in mathematics.

As of 2023, Kevin is currently working as an Analyst at SDG Group.

Kevin Johnson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Rowan University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
