Rick Heffernan

Rick Heffernan is currently the Group Vice President, Americas at SDi Fire. Rick has served as President and General Manager within the company. Additionally, at NFPA, Rick is a member of multiple technical committees relating to fire protection. Rick also holds leadership roles at National Electrical Manufacturers Association and Automatic Fire Alarm Association. Prior to their current roles, Rick served as Deputy US Marshal at the United States Marshals Service. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of New Jersey and an Associate of Science degree from Ocean County College. Rick has also completed various education and training programs related to fire protection, law enforcement, and threat intelligence.
