David Flack

David Flack, GISP is a Senior Geographic Information System Analyst at SDI Presence since August 2021. Previously, David worked as a Senior GIS Analyst at Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. for over 18 years, specializing in data analysis, database design, and web development for local government clients. David also served as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. With a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Flack has extensive experience in GIS coordination, project management, and training.
