Dexter Lamug

Dexter Lamug is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at San Diego Metropolitan Transit System since March 2022 and as an IT Analyst at Hawkins Construction since March 2019, Dexter has developed and mentored Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Support Lead at Millennium Health, where Dexter improved information flow across departments, and as Senior Support Specialist at H&R Block, where software and hardware issues were effectively diagnosed and resolved.
