Marc Briggs

Marc Briggs has extensive work experience that spans over 20 years. Marc began their career in the British Army as a Junior Officer in 2001 and rose to become a General Manager - Company Commander in 2008. Marc then worked for the Australian Army as a Training Manager before returning to the British Army as a Planning Director. In 2012, they joined GHT Global as an Operations Director before moving to BGS Ltd. as the Operations Director in 2014. In 2017, they assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at SE Labs Ltd and later co-founded SE Risk Ltd as the Chief Operating Officer.

Marc Briggs has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Energy, which they obtained from the University of Leeds between 1997 and 1999. Marc then went on to attend the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and earned a Sandhurst degree with a focus on receiving a Queens Commission. In 2010, they obtained a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. In 2010-2011, they completed a Post-graduate strategic management and leadership course at the Intermediate Command and Staff College. Marc later earned a Foundation and Practitioner in Project Management certification from PRINCE 2 and also obtained an APMP in Project Management, both of which were completed in 2012. In the same year, they received a Certificate in Environmental Management from the IEMA.
