Avery Jones

Avery Jones is an Analyst at Sea Change, a talent venture company that partners with climate-focused innovators, investors, and corporations to provide tailored talent solutions aimed at addressing the climate crisis. In addition, Avery serves as an Analyst and Sourcing Specialist at Enertech Search Partners. Avery holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University, completed in May 2022, and an Associate of Arts degree from Central Arizona College, obtained in 2019. Avery is a graduate of Gig Harbor High School, class of 2017.
