Paul Makhoulf has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Paul started their career in 1989 as a Project Manager at Jendoco Construction Corporation, where they worked until 1996. Following that, they joined ULCC as a Senior Projects Manager from 1997 to 1999. Paul then worked at CCI as the General Manager from 1999 to 2012. After that, they served as the Chairman of CPM CONTRACTING s.a.l. from 2012 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Sea-Dar Construction, where they started as a Project Executive in 2020 before being promoted to their current role.
Paul Makhlouf began their education in 1983 at the American University of Beirut, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Paul completed this program in 1987. Subsequently, in 1987, Paul enrolled at Loughborough University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Construction Management within a year, by 1988.
