Zhen Lei

Zhen Lei has extensive experience in project management and estimating within the construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as Project Manager and Senior Estimator at Sea-Dar Construction since May 2018, Zhen Lei has previously held the role of Chief Estimator at Rusk Renovations, Inc., and has accumulated experience as a Senior Estimator and Estimator at I-Grace. Zhen Lei's career includes positions as Project Manager with Dermot Realty Management Corp and various project management roles at LEI Consulting LLC, The I. Grace Company, RD Rice, Freelance, Thompson Development Group LLC, and Q Real Estate Partners LLC. Zhen Lei holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute.
