Jerry J. Pelikan Capt. Blackbone Earthforce Fight Squad

Jerry J. Pelikan Capt. Blackbone has extensive experience in media production and support, currently serving as a local support member for the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society since September 2012, providing media and financial assistance. With a career spanning several decades, Jerry has worked as a camera operator for Canal+/Eurosport/France Télévisions since 1974, covering live sports events such as the Roland Garros French Open, Tour de France, and Olympic games, among others. Jerry also held the position of operations manager at Terre Marine from January 2013 to February 2015, overseeing the organization of events, and contributed as a 3D camera operator for HBS Switzerland during the 2010 Football World Cup in South Africa. Earlier freelance work as a camera operator for Canal+ from 1984 to 1992 focused on live sports coverage. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Anthropology/Ethnology/Ethnic Film and a Master’s degree in Film ethnographique/anthropology/sociology/anthropocene from Université Paris Nanterre, completed from 1971 to 1977.
