Currently serving as Head of Supply & Operations at Sea to Summit Head Office since March 2021, Phillip previously held senior roles including Head of Sourcing, Production & Supplier Quality at Kathmandu and Director of Sourcing & Supplier Management at Dorel Juvenile. Phillip's career spans multiple companies including ID Global Concepts Limited, Next Sourcing Limited, and Charles Parsons & Co Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included strategy development, supplier management, procurement, and quality assurance. Phillip holds an Advanced Accounting Certificate and a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from TAFE NSW, as well as proficiency in Mandarin.
